Cancellations & Refunds Policy

 

At GetGlowStore.com, we have a No Returns policy. This means items once delivered cannot be returned. However, we do allow exchanges only in the case of a damaged or incorrect item received.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with photographic evidence of the damage or issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if an order has been cancelled or if an item cannot be replaced.

Once we receive and verify your request along with Proof of Delivery (POD) showing that the product was returned to us, we will initiate the refund process. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Turnaround Time:

Refunds may take 8–10 working days from the date of verification of the returned product and submission of Proof of Delivery by the customer to customercare@tenderskininternational.com.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
